Ingredients
• 4 ripe bananas, smashed
• 1/3 cup melted grass-fed raw milk butter and 1 tablespoon for greasing (recommended: Organic Valley)
• 1 pasture-fed, free-range egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup raw honey
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 dash unrefined sea salt
• 1 1/2 cups almond flour
• 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
2. Combine the banana and 1/3 cup butter in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add the flour and mix well. Fold in chopped walnuts.
4. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack. Slice and serve.
