Ingredients

2 cups kale, Swiss chards or spinach, roughly chopped

1 banana

1 apple or pear, cored

a small bunch of cilantro or parsley

1 lime, juice only

1 cup coconut water

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend away. Enjoy.
