Deviled Eggs

Makes 1 dozen

Ingredients

6 organic eggs
3 teaspoons Paleo Mayo
coarse ground sea salt, to taste
paprika, to taste
fresh chives, minced

Instructions

Add eggs to a 3 quart saucepan, add water to cover eggs, place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. | Cover and remove from heat for 13 minutes. | Transfer eggs to an ice water bath. Let sit until cool. | Crack and peel the eggs. Slice in half, longways. | Pop out the egg yolks with a spoon and transfer to a small bowl. Place egg white on serving platter. | With the back of a spoon crush egg yolks. Add Paleo Mayo and stir to combine. Season with sea salt to taste and stir until smooth, or desired consistency. | Use spoon to transfer mixture back into each egg white. | Garnish with paprika and fresh minced chives and serve. | Enjoy!

Instructions

Change up your deviled eggs by replacing the Paleo Mayo with one of the following: mashed avocado, tomato paste, Spicy Mustard.
