WATERMELON & MINT SMOOTHIE

I love this drink as it tastes of summer, even during the darkest winter. Simply increase or decrease the quantity of mint to suit your taste.

340g watermelon flesh, cut into chunks

2–3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves

8–10 ice cubes

1. Place the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.

2. Pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately.

TIP

On a weekend, I recommend you serve this over ice and add a shot of Cîroc vodka, which is made from grapes rather than potatoes!
