Spiced Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

This perfect autumnally flavored smoothie is rich and sweet with a bit of zing from the pumpkin pie spice and cardamom. This smoothie will fill you up any time of day and is a sure way to satisfy a sweet craving. The natural sugar from the coconut ingredients and the maple syrup are a perfect match for the cinnamon and spice, making it all taste so nice!
Serves 2

1 banana, peeled (and preferably frozen)
3⁄4 cup pumpkin purée
5 cups unsweetened coconut milk
3⁄4 cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Ice, to taste

  1. Add all ingredients (except for the ice) to a blender and blend until smooth and foamy.
  2. Serve on ice in a large smoothie glass.
