A great way to incorporate kale into your diet—crunchy and covered in a salty spice—these crunchy little snack bites are outrageously delicious! One bite, and you will be hooked. Believe it or not, these Kickin’ Kale Chips are an addictive replacement for potato chips for those living the Paleo lifestyle! Lighter, and obviously greener, the nutrient content in this recipe surpasses any other kind of “chip” you’ve ever had!

Serves 2–4
• Leaves from 1 large bunch of kale, torn into large pieces and patted dry
• 3 tablespoons canola oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cumin
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly coated.

2. Place kale on baking sheets in a single layer. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
