Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix

Sides and Sauces

October 8, 2022

This is one of the first seasonings I started making from scratch. I was trying to wean myself off of those little green packets, and although it doesn’t taste exactly the same (it’s hard to compete with MSG), it still hits the spot and adds that familiar creamy, herby flavor.

Prep time 10 minutes

Makes about 1/2 cup (50 g)

1 tablespoon dried parsley

2 teaspoons freeze dried chives

11/2 teaspoons dried dill

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Shake ingredients together in an airtight container. Store at room temperature.
