CHOCOLATE SOUP

YIELD: 4 to 6 servings | PREP TIME: 5 minutes | COOK TIME: less than 5 minutes

• 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup coconut sugar
• 3 tablespoons tapioca starch
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• 4 (14-ounce) cans full-fat coconut milk

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the coconut milk.
2. In a medium pot, heat the coconut milk until steaming. Whisk in the chocolate mixture and heat for 1 to 2 minutes, until thickened.
