1 cup coconut milk, chilled
Preparation
1.В В Blend coconut milk and espresso powder together in blender until espresso dissolves (about 5 seconds). Add ice, palm sugar, chilled coconut milk, and vanilla and blend until incorporated (about 10 seconds). Pour into a chilled sixteen-ounce drinking glass and serve with a straw, if desired.
