Spicy Coconut Dipping Sauce

This creamy, peppery dipping sauce is absolutely perfect when served atop crudités, chicken, shrimp, or as a drizzle over a medley of cooked vegetables on your dinner plate. The heat in this Spicy Coconut Dipping Sauce comes from the notoriously potent Sriracha pepper, which will leave you looking for something to soothe that fiery tongue! For a more savory spice, add some Dijon mustard, and if you’re looking for a thicker dipping sauce, just double the coconut yogurt and eliminate the coconut milk.
Yields 1 cup

1 cup almond butter
Juice of 1 lime
1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1⁄4 cup Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon raw organic honey
Mix almond butter and lime juice in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk in coconut milk. Mix in coconut yogurt, Sriracha sauce, and honey until well blended. Serve chilled as a dipping sauce.
