Garlicky Butteres Cabbage Noodles

1 tablespoon coconut oil

5 to 6 cloves garlic, peeled, minced (divided in half)

ВЅ head green cabbage, sliced thin

3 tablespoons ghee

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Heat the coconut oil over medium heat in a large frying pan or skillet that is already hot. Once the oil is hot, add half the garlic and sautГ© for about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it. Add the cabbage and sautГ© until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining garlic and the ghee, mix well, and cook for 2 or 3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

NOTE: If you feel that your cabbage needs more flavor, add some smoked paprika.

VARIATIONS: Red cabbage would also be great here, or a mix of the two for a very colorful side.
