Serves 4-6 humans

This is not a typical creamy Caesar salad with croutons and Parmesan cheese, but you can find one of those on Paleo Porn. This is the salad that was constantly requested by friends when we would attend parties. Since this was before Jeff and I were married, and my maiden name was Ceaser, this salad is aptly known as the Ceaser Salad.

Ingredients

4 cups organic baby spinach
2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 mango, chopped
10 organic strawberries, hulled and sliced
coarse ground black pepper, to taste
balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Add spinach, cabbage, honey, mango and strawberries to a large mixing bowl.
Season with black pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Toss and taste. Add more honey or vinegar if necessary and serve.

Enjoy!

Note: I use baby spinach to create a quicker dish. If you have fresh organic spinach, chop before using to make bite-size pieces similar in size to baby spinach.
