Makes one gallon
We love pineapple, so we’re always looking for something to do with the leftover juice when we use canned pineapple in our recipes. We found that mixing it with water, fresh mint, and clementine creates a fresh, fruity, and fun drink that’s perfectly refreshing when you’re looking for something a bit more special than regular water. If you don’t have a clementine at home, you can also use lemon, lime, or orange!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 C pineapple juice (remaining liquid of 16 oz can)
• 24-40 fresh mint leaves, washed
• 1 clementine
