Bulletproof Coffee
Isn’t coffee something we’re all addicted to? Here’s a keto twist you might like. 
Ingredients 
●    2 tbsp of coffee grounds 
●    1 tbsp of coconut oil 
●    1 cup of water 
●    1 tbsp of grass-fed butter 
Instructions 
●    Using the water and coffee grounds, use your own preferred method to make a cup of coffee. 
●    Pour the coffee into a blender. 
●    Add butter and coconut oil. 
●    Blend thoroughly. 
●    Feel free to add ingredients like cinnamon, nutmeg, whipped cream, and stevia.
