• 2 small heads Bibb or butter lettuce, torn
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
• 1 teaspoon crushed mustard seed
• 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon walnut oil
• Freshly ground pepper, to taste
1. Place lettuce in large salad bowl. Combine parsley, oregano, mustard, lemon juice, and oils in a small jar. Shake well.
2. Toss with lettuce and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
