Ingredients
• 4 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 4 tablespoons coconut aminos
• 4 tablespoons raw honey
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons flax seeds
• 1 pound beef stir-fry strips
• 2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced thinly
Directions
1. Stir together 4 tablespoons olive oil, coconut aminos, honey, garlic, green onions, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add beef strips and toss well to coat.
2. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a wok. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
4. Add the beef and marinade; cook for 5 minutes until the beef is brown and the sauce thickens. Stir in flax seeds and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
