Ingredients
• 1/2 cup each of raw almonds, cashews, and walnuts (soaked overnight in lightly salted water)
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 cups organic low-fat almond milk
• 2 teaspoons raw honey
• 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
• 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
1. Rinse and drain the nuts.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a pot and simmer for 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
4. Stir in raisins. Ladle porridge into bowls, cool for a few minutes, and serve.
