• 11⁄2 cups walnuts
• 1 cup dates, pitted
• 1/2 cup almond butter
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until a crumbly texture is reached. This mixture should be easy to manipulate and shape when touched.
2. Line an 8″ × 8″ glass dish with parchment paper. Add the mixture to the dish, and press and flatten into an even square. Place it in the refrigerator to harden, and slice it into small cubes when ready to serve.
