• 1 cup unsweetened Dairy-Free Yogurt or coconut cream (scooped from 1 [14-ounce] can chilled full-fat coconut milk)
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• ½ teaspoon ground sumac
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
2. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop. Use within 4 days.
Nut-Free Modification: Use coconut cream instead of yogurt.
