Frozen berries are very nutritious as the berries are picked and frozen when they’re ripe and in their prime. However try not to keep them in the freezer for longer than 6 months to a year.

250g frozen berries (a mix of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries are best)
240ml freshly squeezed orange juice
3–4 sprigs fresh mint (optional)
1. Place the berries with the orange juice in a blender and whiz until smooth. Add a little more juice to thin out the mixture if it becomes a little thick.
2. Pour into glasses and serve with a sprig of mint.
