Most fruits from Southeast Asia are deliciously sweet and mango and papaya are no exception. However, as they are so high in sugar (and therefore also high in carbs), use a little sparingly and save for a treat.

½ small mango, peeled and de-stoned
½ small papaya, peeled and deseeded
175ml unsweetened almond milk
60ml light coconut milk
2 passion fruit, halved
1. Place the mango and papaya in a blender with the milks and whiz until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses, then scoop out the seeds of the passion fruit and float in the top of each smoothie. Serve immediately.
