TURKEY TALK

High in tryptophan, selenium, vitamins B3 and B6, turkey is an excellent source of protein that is often overlooked outside of Thanksgiving. Keep an eye out for great deals on ground turkey, legs, or breast meat year-round. Opt for pasture-raised sources whenever possible . Fresh is always better than frozen.

CHANGE IT UP

Substitute chicken legs if you prefer. Pair the turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Mashed Faux-Tatoes for an anytime feast.
