Cucumber Relish

1 cup

Ingredients

2 Persian cucumbers, finely diced
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
coarse ground sea salt, to taste
coarse ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Add the cucumber, red onion, cilantro, mint, lime juice and olive oil to a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve with Dipping Sliders, grilled chicken or seared tuna.
