Sure, you can cook bacon on the stovetop, but once you bake bacon there’s no turning back. Surely you don’t need a recipe for bacon, but I wanted to emphasize just how amazing it is this way. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Ingredients
8 slices bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Lay bacon in a 9×15 glass baking dish so they’re not overlapping.
Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Flip each piece over using tongs and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove dish from the oven and let bacon rest 1-2 minutes to cool.
Transfer bacon drippings to a glass storage container, top with the lid once cool and transfer to the refrigerator to use again.
Transfer bacon to your mouth.
