8 large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 strips bacon
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Wrap each shrimp with a half piece of bacon and slide onto a wooden skewer. (No need to soak the skewer.)
Repeat until all shrimp and bacon are used.
Bake on a 15×10 rimmed baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and shrimp is pink.
The rimmed baking sheet will catch the bacon grease.
Reserve grease for cooking other things, store in fridge.
Serve immediately on skewer.
