1 large ripe avocado, halved, pit discarded
1 jalapeño, cored, seeded, and minced
1 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro
2 TBSP mayonnaise
2 tsp lime juice
½ tsp hot sauce
Makes 1 cup
Scoop the avocado flesh from the skins, and place it in a small bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mash with a fork until fairly smooth and fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate until needed.
