Watermelon Mint Chiller

MAKES: 4 (2-cup/480-ml) servings | PREP TIME: 10 minutes


10 cups (1.4 kg) diced seedless watermelon, chilled

juice of 2 limes

10 fresh mint leaves balsamic vinegar, for garnish


  1. In a blender, puree the diced watermelon with the lime juice.
  2. Set a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl and strain the watermelon puree. Press lightly on the watermelon pulp to extract the juice without pushing the pulp through the strainer.
  3. Rinse out the blender and return the strained watermelon to it. Blend in the mint leaves. Transfer to a punch bowl or pitcher.
  4. Garnish with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and serve cold.
