Ingredients
2 cups (230 grams) chopped fresh pineapple
2 cups (50 grams) fresh spinach
1 cup (20 grams) roughly chopped fresh kale
3 cups (720 ml) coconut water
¼ avocado
2 cups (300 grams) crushed ice
Process
Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Add the ice and puree once more until the ice is completely broken down and the texture is smooth.
