Ingredients
½ cup (120 ml) hazelnut or other nut milk (see here)
1 cup (240 ml) freshly brewed hot coffee
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
Process
Warm the hazelnut milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat just to a bare simmer while stirring. Serve immediately.
