Ginger Apple Pear Smoothie

MAKES: 2 (2-cup/480-ml) servings | PREP TIME: 5 minutes


1 teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger

1 large Honeycrisp apple, peeled, cored, and chopped

1 large pear, peeled, cored, and chopped

1 cup (240 ml) coconut water

2 cups (300 grams) crushed ice


Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Add the ice and puree once more until the ice is completely broken down and the texture is smooth.
