Ingredients
1 cup (10 grams) fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
¼ cup (35 grams) coconut sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 grapefruit, peeled and cut crosswise into ¼-inch (6-mm) rounds
2 oranges, peeled and cut crosswise into ¼-inch (6-mm) rounds
2 small blood oranges, peeled and cut crosswise into ¼-inch (6-mm) rounds
Process
- Place the mint leaves and coconut sugar in a food processor or blender and blend until the mint leaves break down into the sugar. Place in a bowl, add the water and lime juice, and mix to combine.
- Arrange the fruit on a platter, garnish with mint leaves, then pour the mint sugar sauce on top before serving.
