MAKES: 8 stacks | PREP TIME: 10 minutes
2 medium tomatoes
8 large fresh basil leaves
2 avocados, pitted and thinly sliced
pinch of coarse sea salt
balsamic vinegar, for garnish (optional)
Cut the tomatoes into a total of 8 thick slices. Place a basil leaf on top of each tomato slice. Top with avocado slices and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle on some balsamic vinegar, if using.
