Almond and Dijon Tilapia

Ingredients:
1 cup Water
1 tsp Olive Oil
4 Tilapia Fillets
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp Pepper
2/3 cup sliced Almonds
Directions:
- Pour the water into your Instant Pot.
- Whisk together the mustard, oil, and pepper.
- Brush over the tilapia fillets.
- Coat the tilapia with almond slices and place on the rack.
- Close the lid and set the IP to MANUAL.
- Cook on High for 5 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
