Baby Spinach Egg Cups

Ingredients:
6 Eggs
½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup chopped Baby Spinach
14/4 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tomato, chopped
½ tsp salt
1 tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ cups Water
Directions:
- Pour the water into your IP and lower the trivet.
- Beat the eggs along with the spices.
- Stir in the tomato and cheeses.
- Grease 4 ramekins and divide the spinach between them.
- Pour the egg mixture over.
- Arrange the ramekins inside the IP and close the lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 8 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
