Almond Flour Breakfast Bread

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Almond Flour
6 tbsp. Milk
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ cup Whey Protein Powder
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
½ cup Oat Fiber
1 tbsp. Erythritol
6 ounces Yogurt
4 Eggs
6 tbsp. Butter, softened
2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 ½ cups Water
Directions:
- Pour the water into the Instant Pot and lower the trivet.
- Combine the dry ingredients in one bow, and whisk the wet ones in another.
- Gently combine the two mixtures.
- Grease loaf pan that can fit into the IP, with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- Place the pan inside the IP and close the lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
- Release the pressure quickly.
- Serve and enjoy!
