Savory Salmon Curry

4 salmon fillets
11⁄2 tablespoons canola oil
11⁄2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon raw organic honey
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Prepare a baking pan with cooking spray, and add the salmon fillets.
  2. Combine all other ingredients, mixing until evenly combined. Coat mixture evenly over salmon fillets, and bake until the fish is flaky when touched with a fork, about 15 minutes.
