4 salmon fillets
11⁄2 tablespoons canola oil
11⁄2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon raw organic honey
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Prepare a baking pan with cooking spray, and add the salmon fillets.
- Combine all other ingredients, mixing until evenly combined. Coat mixture evenly over salmon fillets, and bake until the fish is flaky when touched with a fork, about 15 minutes.
