Homemade Larabar Balls Three Ways

Вѕ cup pitted dates

1/3 cup walnuts

1/3 cup unsalted cashews

Вј cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and process until well blended, about 30 to 60 seconds. Check to make sure the mixture will hold together when pressed between your fingertips. If it’s too dry, add 1 to 2 teaspoons water and process a bit longer.
  2. Using clean hands, take a small amount of the date mixture and roll it into a Ping-Pong ball size ball (you can actually make these as big or small as you’d like!). Repeat until all the date mixture has been rolled into balls.
  3. Store the Date Balls in an airtight container for up to several days (or until you devour them all!).
